As of spring/summer 2013 the ready-to-wear collection will carry the label Saint Laurent Paris (SLP). ‘No more YSL??!’ I hear you gasp. I too was deeply shocked and confused when I was made aware of this cruel truth. The audacity of the man, axing the founder’s first name only a few years after his death - surely Yves will be turning in his grave.

The trend-sters at Stylus.com have identified, ‘Sun, sea and safari’ as a key trend this season for both high fashion and high street designers. Shoppers are being transported to the jungle, with Mulberry and Banana Republic embracing the animalistic theme, adorning their window displays with Zebra’s and monkeys.
